A graduate of the University of Gdansk, obtaining Master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics in 2002, specializes in international trade and organization of fresh produce’s land-sea multimodal transport chains. Since 2000, he is a co-owner of the family enterprise QUIZA, engaged in manufacturing, logistics and trade of bananas. His professional career is focused on constant development of the company, through implementation of innovative management methods, cutting-edge technology and building a range of own brand products. Scientific interest is expanded in the area of creation of competitive advantage based on innovative solutions. Passionate of gardening art, active lifestyle, aviation and the British sports cars.
