Christophe Gottar is graduated from NEOMA Business School. He began his career in an hypermarket retail chain as business analyst and merchandising responsible for the fresh goods department. He then held several marketing positions within French leading companies in beef and poultry markets. In 1995, he joined Cryovac as project manager for Case Ready followed by the responsibility of sales development for South Europe. Later on, he became European Business Manager for fresh proteins. In 2004, he has been appointed as Retail Director managing the European Retail Team in charge of all contacts and projects with leading retail chains. In 2010, Christophe Gottar has taken the position of Strategic Marketing Director for Food solution Europe, in charge of understanding and translating current and future markets needs into business opportunities and developing new packaging solutions .

Since March 2012 , within the new Sealed Air Food Care division, he is now leading the growth of our global poultry sector by developing purposeful Innovative packaging and hygiene solutions and facilitating cross-fertilization across regions .

He is living in Paris and have 4 daughters .

Hobbies : fly-fishing , cooking for family and friends
