Agnieszka Besiekierska PhD, lawyer (adwokat), counsel, head of Digital Business Practice in the Warsaw office of Noerr. She is a highly respected practitioner with over ten years of experience in handling issues related to intellectual property rights, e-commerce, personal data safety and protection, as well as IT and telecommunications services projects. Agnieszka provides complex advisory services with regard to preparation and negotiation of agreements, and this also for the newest trends and technologies. She has been delegated several times to work directly at clients legal departments, and thus knows and understands the operations and specificity of in-house legal departments. She brings an interdisciplinary approach to clients having qualifications in the field of project management (postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology) and in IT services (certificates of Agile PM Foundation, Prince2 Foundation and ITIL Foundation).
