Anna Olewnik-Mikołajewska

ZM Olewnik (Olewnik Meat Plants)

A doctor of agricultural sciences of SGGW (Warsaw University of Life Sciences). She is in charge of development, strategy and oversight of the Companies in the Olewnik Group. She has been linked with the FMCG sector for over 15 years in respect of management, marketing and the social responsibility of business. A co-creator of many sales and marketing strategies, a trade and marketing consultant for publishing houses and portals in the meat and processed meat sector. A member of the Commission of the Fund of Promoting Pork Meat in the Agency for Agricultural Market in the period 2010-2014, a member of the Line-of-Work Board of the "Polskie Mięso" (Polish Meat) organization.

She specializes, inter alia, in the issues of strategic management of sales and marketing, economics and corporate effectiveness.

She is in charge of developmental projects, pursuing strategy, streamlining the manufacturing and sales processes of companies of the agricultural and food line involved in meat processing.

She has many years' experience in managing a staff team (especially in managing the trade department team), strategic thinking skills, negotiating and analytical capacities.

A graduate of the Technical and Agricultural Academy in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw University in the field of management. A post-graduate degree in Management in the Market of Luxury Goods and Brands and the Academy of Leadership Psychology of the School of Business at the Warsaw University of Technology.

She holds a degree of Executive MBA and a degree from the Academy of Strategic Leadership at the HARVARD ICAN INSTITUTE.
