Renata Koszlajda is a graduate of Foreign Trade with the logistics specialization at the PWSHiP in Warsaw. She has over 16 years of experience in managing logistics processes in various areas, and for 11 years she has been professionally related to Fresh Logistics Polska (Raben Group). Currently, she is the Regional Director in the above-mentioned company where she is responsible for the implementation of business objectives through the development of services offered in cooperation with clients and ongoing optimization of logistics and distribution processes, as well as improvement of the leadership culture and development of individual teams. In 2018 she received the prestigious title of Lean Strategy Expert and Lean Black Belt thanks to participation in a 2-year program organized by an external certification body.

Career
At the beginning of her career at Fresh Logistics Polska, she was responsible for the Customer Service Department in domestic and international distribution, where, thanks to the deep knowledge of customer expectations, she was able to create new solutions regarding the processes of service delivery.
The ability of strategic thinking and long-term planning, as well as the desire for professional development combined with individual development programs resulted in a professional promotion for the position of Operational Manager. Thanks to the acquired knowledge regarding the expectations of customers, she was able to optimize the processes of supply chain organization more effectively, working on achieving a competitive advantage of customers thanks to efficiency and process optimization.

Another important step in her career was taking over the role of the Regional Operational Director, confirmed by the implementation of own projects such as the optimal use of trailers and the increased use of the fleet area, which brought measurable financial and quality benefits for Fresh Logistics Polska. An additional stimulus and inspiration was the experience gained while working in Raben Hungary, which showed new possibilities and perspectives. This ultimately led her to the current position of the Regional Director who is responsible for three out of the eight branches of Fresh Logistics Polska.
