Mikołaj Piaskowski leads the Competition Practice Group in the Warsaw office. He practices in competition law, focusing on antitrust law, concentration control (relating to M&A transactions), state aid, public procurement, consumer law and EU law. He represents clients in numerous proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Competition and Consumer Protection Court (SOKiK), the Court of Appeals and the European Commission.

Mikołaj Piaskowski is recommended as one of the most regarded competition practitioners in Poland by the Global Competition Review, Chambers Europe and the Legal 500.
