On 17 October 2016, during the 9th Food Market & Retail Forum, the PTWP Group – the publisher of the “Rynek Spożywczy” magazine and of the industry-specific portalspozywczy.pl and dlahandlu.pl online portals, in co-operation with Polska Organizacja Handlu i Dystrybucji (POHiD, Polish Trade and Distribution Organisation), will award the Good Product Certificates to the best food products.
As in previous years, we invite food companies and distributors who would like to submit and present the best of their food products – the ones that stand out in terms of their quality and innovative character as well as their traditional and regional recipes. It is worth emphasising that this year’s competition will be organised according to a new, refreshed formula. We also invite innovative and local as well as young and ambitious food enterprises to participate in the event. Apart from the possibility of taking part in the popularity contest for the best products, the companies and enterprises will also have the opportunity to present their businesses and innovative products in front of the Forum of Experts – which is composed of experienced heads of food corporations and directors of purchase departments of retail chains – during the session styled ‘Market Innovators’ to be held as part of the 9th Food Market & Retail Forum 2016 (17–18 October 2016).
We would like to emphasise that participation in the popularity contest – by way of submitting your company/enterprise and its products – is totally free of charge. Until 26 August 2016, food companies/enterprises and distributors will be able to submit the best of their products in order to enter the competition, after which the products will compete with one another for the Good Product Certificates.
The selection of the companies/enterprises and products to be awarded will be made by a circle of renowned experts, scientists and journalists involved in the subject matter of retail trade and food.

By awarding the Good Product Certificates, we award and thus single out the most interesting food products that stand out in terms of their quality and innovative character as well as their traditional and regional recipes. The Good Product Certificate logo is to serve as a signpost in the thick of shop shelves and help consumers make quality choices.
