We are opening the admissions to the Good Product Certificate 2017 popularity contest!

The 10th Anniversary Food Market & Retail Forum is accompanied by the Good Product Certificate popularity contest. Application forms can be sent to us from 5 June to 18 September 2017. We invite food companies and distributors who would like to submit and present their novelties and the best of their food products – the ones that stand out in terms of their quality and innovative character as well as their traditional and regional recipes. The selection of the companies/enterprises and products to be awarded will be made by a circle of renowned experts, scientists and journalists involved in the subject matter of retail trade and food.

The Certificates will be presented at the Evening Gala taking place during the 10th Food Market & Retail Forum (on 6 November 2017).

By awarding the Good Product Certificates, we award and thus single out the most interesting food products that stand out in terms of their quality and innovative character as well as their traditional and regional recipes. The Good Product Certificate logo is to serve as a signpost in the thick of shop shelves and to help consumers make a quality choice. The Good Product Certificate offers an opportunity to distinguish a given product and recommend it for the attention of customers and business partners.

Terms and Conditions of the Contest:

The aim of the Contest is to select the best food products in the following categories: High-Quality Product, New Product, Innovative Product, and Traditional & Regional Product – by granting them the ‘Good Product 2017’ certificate.

The contest is open to food companies/enterprises and distributors, who wish to present the best of their food products.

No fees are collected from the participants in the Contest at any of its stages.

Contest entries shall be accepted exclusively online from 5 June to 18 September 2017.

One company/enterprise can submit up to two (2) proposals of products or two (2) product lines.

In order to apply for the contest, you should fill in the form available at www.portalspozywczy.pl/formularzdobryprodukt.html

Your application should be accompanied by a maximum of two (2) product photos and sent to the following email address: dobryprodukt@portalspozywczy.pl. Please include the name of the product submitted to the contest in the subject of your email. The size of your email cannot exceed 10 MB.

Companies/enterprises qualified for participation in the contest shall be officially requested to send us samples of their products, which will then be assessed by a jury. After 26 August 2017, we will inform you on the deadline for sending us your samples and the date on which the jury session will take place. Your examination products should be sent within a specified time limit to the address of the editorial office (PTWP Group / portalspozywczy.pl, Atrium Centrum, Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw) with a note ‘Good Product Certificates’. Please send us only small amounts/pieces of your product(s). In the case of perishable goods and products that are difficult to transport (frozen foods, unpackaged cooked meats, etc.), please send us only the packaging or photos, or possibly deliver the products to us directly on the date on which the jury session will be held.

The organiser stipulates that the information on the results of the contest will be sent exclusively to the awarded companies/enterprises within up to two (2) weeks prior to the official awards ceremony.

The prize in the contest is a diploma containing the ‘Good Product’ certificate, which shall be delivered in both written and electronic form.

Winners will also have the possibility of informing others about the certificate they have been granted, including the right to place its logo on the awarded product.

The winners will be presented with the awards during the 10th Food Market & Retail Forum (6–7 November 2017, Sheraton Warsaw Hotel, Warsaw).
