CAR PARK
Entry to the car park is from ul. Marii Konopnickiej (Marii Konopnickiej Street). You will need to pay the parking fee on your own. The number of parking spaces is limited. Preferential price per day: PLN 90.00 net – payment in the hotel reception before departure (upon mentioning: Food Market and Retail Forum). After payment, you will have 15 minutes to leave the car park.

The organizer does not provide accommodation.

Monday - Thursday
- Single room - PLN 607 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 656 gross
- Double room - PLN 652 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 705 gross
Friday - Sunday
- Single room - PLN 553 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 597 gross
- Double room - PLN 598 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 645 gross

We would like to inform you that in the case of a booking made for Friday - Sunday the price will be decreased to equal the above-indicated amount once you have made the booking (the prices in the hotel’s booking system are higher).
Prices for rooms are in Polish zloty. The price includes breakfast, served in the hotel restaurant until 10.30 a.m.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out till 12:00 p.m. Any requests for check-in or check-out outside of this timeframe will be discussed in advance and handled according to a mutually accepted procedure. Free cancellation is possible until August 24, 2023. Any changes after this date will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full value of the stay and tax.

REGISTRATION OF GUESTS
Registration will be located in the foyer of the conference rooms of the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel. After entering the building from ul. B. Prusa, please head to the right.
Registration opening hours:
6 November 2023 registration is open from 8.30 a.m. to 4.15 p.m. and from 6.30 p.m. do 9.00 p.pm (4.30 p.m. – 6.30 p.m. technical break)
7 November 2023 registration is open from 9.00 a.m. to 2.45 p.m.
During registration, each previously registered via the Internet participant will receive an ID badge. When leaving the conference area and returning there, you will be asked to present your ID badge each time to have it scanned.
Taking into consideration the great interest in the Event, as well as possible traffic congestion, please arrive relatively early at the venue of your session.
CATERING
All participants of the Forum have the opportunity to enjoy a coffee break on:
6 November 2023: 8.30 a.m.-5.00 p.m.
7 November 2023: 9.00 a.m.–3.00 p.m.
As part of the Premium package, you are invited to the Premium Zone (1st floor), where lunch will be served.

The official Food Market & Retail Forum Gala will be held on 6 November 2023 at 19.00 in Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel
Allowed to the gala will be holders of the Premium badges and Speakers.
