BADGE COLLECTION
To collect your badges, please visit the foyer of the conference rooms at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel. Upon entering the building from B. Prusa Street, please proceed to the right.
Registration hours:
- November 17, 2025: 8:30 a.m.–4:45 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. (5:00–6:30 p.m. technical break)
- November 18, 2025: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
The badge is valid for the two days of the event. When leaving the conference space and returning, the badge must be presented each time to be scanned.
Due to the high level of interest and the possibility of traffic congestion, please arrive relatively early before the start of the session.
We remind you that prior online registration is required.
CATERING
Lunch serving times:
- 17 November 2025: 12:45-13.15
- 18 November 2025: 12.45-13.30
PARKING
The entrance to the car park is from Marii Konopnickiej Street. Payment for parking on your own, to be made at the hotel reception before you leave (please quote the password: Food Market and Trade Forum). Cost per day: 90 PLN net. After payment, the time for leaving the car park is 15 minutes.
The number of parking spaces is limited. We recommend, if possible, to choose public transport.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation costs are not covered by the Organizer. With guests of the Food Market and Retail Forum in mind, the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel has prepared preferential room rates.

Single room – PLN 645 net
Double room – PLN 705 net

Room rates are listed in Polish zloty. Breakfast is included in the price, and is served in the hotel restaurant until 10:30 AM.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Hotel check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Any requests for check-in or check-out outside of these times will be discussed in advance and processed according to a mutually agreed-upon procedure. LECTURE LANGUAGE
The lecture language will be Polish. All sessions will be translated into English.
GALA
The Food & Retail Awards and Good Product Certificates Gala will take place on November 17th at 7:00 PM, and we cordially invite you to attend. Entry is by ID. The Gala will be held in the ABCDE Ballroom. A reception will follow the official portion.
Only Forum participants with Premium status and Speakers are admitted to the Gala.
TRANSMISSION
All sessions of the 18th Food Market and Trade Forum will be streamed online on the event homepage.
Participation online is free upon prior registration.
