He is a graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Holds the professional title of legal advisor and tax advisor. Began his career in the legal and tax team at PwC, where he worked until the end of 2016 as a Senior manager. Currently provides comprehensive legal and tax services to large private companies, listed companies, and international corporations. Clients value him for his specialization in legal and tax advisory services related to transaction and restructuring processes. In particular, he advises on business sales, capital group consolidations, and the creation of investment structures. He is involved in projects implementing tax reliefs for companies representing all key sectors of the economy. In 2019, 2021, and 2025, he was recognized for his individual achievements in the area of transaction advisory, winning the title of Recommended Advisor in the Rzeczpospolita daily's Tax Advisor Ranking.
