Director of Research and Head of the Research Laboratory at the Dairy Industry Innovation Institute Ltd. A specialist in food analysis, in particular milk and dairy products, as well as in standardization, chemical metrology, and testing methods for packaging and packaging materials. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a Research Specialist in the Research and Development (R&D) Department of the “Mlekpol” Dairy Cooperative in Grajewo. He graduated from the Faculty of Animal Bioengineering at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (2000), completed postgraduate studies in Business Management at the same university (2001), and postgraduate studies in Chemical Metrology conducted by the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Warsaw (2015).
