I am an HR practitioner (over 20 years), including: I design and implement HR processes: recruitment, adaptation, training and development, performance management and employee evaluation, internal communication, talent Management. I implement and manage the HR Business Partnering function, I support the implementation of strategic projects in the field of redefinition and implementation of organizational structure, job description and evaluation, wage policy motivational systems; I support organizational changes, building organizational effectiveness and standardization of processes (including ERP, TPM, Lean), I manage the Personnel and Payroll Administration Department (including PFRON, ZFŚS, OHS), I cooperate and coordinate arrangements with Trade Unions, coordinate remuneration and benefits policy.

 I am a certified FRIS® Style Thinking Coach and AC/DC Certified Advisor. I have over 15 years of experience in conducting workshops and trainings, I am also a Mentor in mentoring programs for HR at Coachwise. I support the implementation of process changes based on the Lean philosophy.

I am a co-author of the manual for HR – “HR Business Partner. Role. Pillars. Perspectives. ”. I cooperated as a speaker with Forum Media Polska Sp. z o. o. and the magazine HR Business Partner during the Congress of HR Professionals, Braveconferences during the HR Challenge, ALK during “meetings with a practitioner”, PANS in Chełm as a lecturer at the postgraduate course of ZZL.
