Several years of experience in investments on the financial market he combines with extensive practice in the use of modern IT tools in the management process. He worked, among others, in Sygnity (formerly ComputerLand) and Comarch.

Previously, he pursued his scientific passion for several years - first during individual studies at the Lublin University of Technology and Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (culminating in an M.Sc. in management and marketing) and as a researcher at the Agricultural University of Lublin. He is the author and co-author of publications discussing the functioning of agrobusiness.

In 2023, he was appointed President of the Management Board of Spomlek Dairy Cooperative, where he had been vice-president since 2008.

Thanks to the work of the Management Board, Spomlek has undergone radical changes in the last 15 years. Today, it is a company that is at the forefront of dairy cooperatives with four plants, a wide raw material base, a very good staff and technical facilities. A company with huge potential and extensive development plans under the leadership of President Paweł Gaca.

President Gaca is a committed father of Magda and Wojtek. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and reading books.
