The Food Market and Retail Forum will be held in Warsaw, at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel, ul. B. Prusa 2 (2 B. Prusa Street)
CAR PARK
Entry to the car park is from ul. Marii Konopnickiej (Marii Konopnickiej Street). You will need to pay the parking fee on your own. The number of parking spaces is limited. Preferential price per day: PLN 90.00 net – payment in the hotel reception before departure (upon mentioning: Food Market and Retail Forum). After payment, you will have 15 minutes to leave the car park.
REGISTRATION OF GUESTS
Registration will be located in the foyer of the conference rooms of the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel. After entering the building from ul. B. Prusa, please head to the right.
Registration opening hours:
7 November 2022 registration is open from 8.30 to 17.00 and from 18.30 do 21.00 (17.00–18.30 technical break)
8 November 2022 registration is open from 9.00 to 15.00
During registration, each previously registered via the Internet participant will receive an ID badge. When leaving the conference area and returning there, you will be asked to present your ID badge each time to have it scanned.
Taking into consideration the great interest in the Event, as well as possible traffic congestion, please arrive relatively early at the venue of your session.
CATERING
All participants of the Forum have the opportunity to enjoy a coffee break on:

8 November 2022: 9.00–15.00
As part of the Premium package, you are invited to the Premium Zone (1st floor), where lunch will be served.

LANGUAGE OF PRESENTATIONS
The language of presentations will be Polish. Selected sessions will be interpreted simultaneously (PL/EN).

The official Food Market & Retail Forum Gala will be held on 7 November 2022 at 19.00 in Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel
Allowed to the gala will be holders of the Premium badges and Speakers.
