A sociologist, strategist, expert in qualitative research, she has been actively involved for 20 years with brand creation and communication. In 2003-2011 lecturer in sociology and PR in practice at the Tischner European University in Krakow.
Katarzyna Konkel was the managing director Eskadra Group and LOKATIVO agency. From 2017 year CEO of the Omnisense agency, where based on Design Thinking designs modern and the multi-dimensional CX for brands such as Martes Sport, Media Expert, VOX, Makarun, Isto, Wojas, Inglot, Nakleilny, Lancerto, Reporter Young, Coccodrillo or Awiteks. Manages a team of researchers defining inspiring insights.
