Graduated from the Poznań University of Economics in 1997 and the International Management Program Insead in 2008.
From the beginning of his career, he has been associated with Jeronimo Martins Group, where he dealt with, among others, audit, financial controlling, store management and IT system implementation. As the Business Analysis Director, he was involved in the development of analytical systems related Customer Analytics and Moja Biedronka program.
In his current position, he deals with the areas of customer support and satisfaction, loyalty program and customer behaviour analytics, consumer and market research, e-commerce.
