EIT Food
EIT Food, established by the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), is building an inclusive and innovative community of diverse food sector partners, to drive innovation and entrepreneurship across Europe. EIT Food covers the entire value chain of the food sector, including areas related to the broadly understood environmental protection. The Communities’ goal is to change the methods of production, distribution, and consumption of food to tackle the most important social and environmental challenges, taking into account the needs and expectations of consumers. EIT Food is Europe’s leading food innovation initiative, working to make the food system more sustainable, healthy and trusted.
