Rafał Brzoska is the originator, creator and CEO of Integer Capital Group, a leading e-commerce delivery platform. The flagship company of the group is InPost, which he founded. The first Paczkomat® appeared in 2009. The patented devices for receiving and sending parcels, open 24/7, revolutionised the courier delivery market in Poland. Today, the infrastructure of InPost's machines is the largest and most accessible parcel collection and delivery network in Europe - a total of more than 22,000 points, of which more than 18,000 in Poland. In 2021 alone, the company handled 517.6 million parcels through its services.

In July 2021, InPost acquired French logistics giant Mondial Relay for €513 million, which was the largest Polish private foreign investment. Last year's listing of the company on the EURONEXT-Amsterdam stock exchange was the largest debut for a European technology company in the continent's history.

The idea behind the creation of Paczkomat® InPost was to create the most environmentally friendly form of shopping delivery. It has succeeded. Ordering a parcel to a parcel machine reduces CO2 emissions by up to 75% compared to delivery to the customer's home.
