The Food Market and Retail Forum is an annual meeting and a discussion platform for representatives of the government, industry organizations, the largest companies in the food sector and HoReCa, producers, processors, distributors and retailers, as well as people who have a real impact on changes in the food and retail sector.
Each year, the meetings offers participants and the audience constructive insight and conclusions concerning the shape and development prospects of one of the largest branches of Poland’s economy – the food, retail and HoReCa industries. Discussions devote a lot of time to matters that influence the sector to the largest extent – new technologies, start-ups, culinary trends and pro-health trends, including brands, consumers and sales channels – all with dynamic changes in the background, intensifying every year.
